Ek996 VIP Cashback System
Cashback is the most popular feature of the VIP program. At ek996, you get back a percentage of your weekly net loss as cashback. This money is credited to your bonus balance and comes with low wagering requirements. In some cases, especially for Platinum VIP members, cashback is given as directly withdrawable cash - no wagering.
Cashback is calculated every Monday for the previous week (Sunday to Saturday). Net loss is determined by subtracting total withdrawals from total deposits. If there's a net loss, you receive cashback at a percentage based on your VIP tier. Bronze VIPs get 5%, Silver 10%, Gold 15%, and Platinum 25% cashback.
Cashback example
Say you're a Gold VIP member. This week you deposited BDT 20,000 and withdrew BDT 12,000. Your net loss = 20,000 - 12,000 = BDT 8,000. Gold VIPs receive 15% cashback, so you'll get 8,000 × 15% = BDT 1,200 cashback the following Monday.
VIP Tournaments and Promotions
Regular exclusive tournaments and promotions are organized for ek996 VIP members. Regular players cannot participate in these events, so competition is lower and winning chances are higher. Prize pools typically range from BDT 500,000 to BDT 2,000,000.
In slot tournaments, players with the highest point scores win. Points are earned based on big win multipliers. In table game tournaments, players with the most profit rise on the leaderboard. There are at least 2-3 VIP-only tournaments each month, with even more for Platinum members.
During special occasions like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and more, ek996 hosts mega VIP promotions with even bigger rewards. Your VIP account manager will personally invite you and share all the details.
How to Become a VIP Member
Joining the ek996 VIP Program is completely free and automatic. You don't need to fill out an application form or prove any special qualifications. Simply open an account at ek996 and start playing regularly. Every bet you place will automatically convert into VIP points.
Once you earn the 5,000 points required for Bronze tier, you'll automatically become a VIP member. You'll receive a welcome email with full details of your VIP benefits and how to claim them. From then on, you'll start receiving weekly cashback, bonuses, and other rewards.
Keep climbing to higher tiers and unlock better benefits. The ek996 system tracks your turnover and activity and upgrades you when you qualify for the next level. From your VIP dashboard, you can check your status, points, and progress toward the next tier anytime.
Tips to become VIP faster
Slots offer the most points - 10 points per BDT 100. Play regularly and make larger deposits together. Join tournaments where bonus points are awarded. Most importantly - keep your account active and maintain the minimum monthly turnover.

Maintaining VIP Status
Once you reach a VIP tier, a minimum monthly turnover is required to maintain that status. The ek996 system reviews your activity every month. If you maintain the required turnover for your current tier, your status is automatically renewed.
If you don't meet the turnover requirement in any month, you'll receive a warning. Missing the requirement for two consecutive months may result in your VIP level dropping by one tier. But don't worry - once you become active again, you can quickly return to your previous level because your accumulated points history is preserved.
Ek996 provides special protection for Platinum VIP members. Once you achieve Platinum, that status is guaranteed for at least 6 months, even if turnover drops somewhat. This is our recognition of loyalty to our most valued members.
VIP Customer Support
Ek996 VIP members receive far superior service compared to regular support. Bronze and Silver members can access the priority support line where wait time is virtually zero. Get instant assistance via live chat, email, and phone.
Gold and Platinum members have a dedicated account manager. This manager works exclusively for you and a select few VIPs. They're fully aware of your gaming preferences, payment history, and choices, and provide personalized service.
Platinum VIP members are given a direct phone number and dedicated WhatsApp line where they can contact their manager directly. No need to wait in regular support queues - your manager is always available for you.
